How to prepare: • Check that Fitness Assessment, duration, location, inclusions, price, cancellation policy and selected extras are correct. • Complete the intake honestly and message the provider about allergies, pregnancy, injuries, medicines, accessibility needs or recent procedures that may affect suitability. • Avoid booking if acutely unwell; ask for a fragrance-free or adapted setup when needed. • Arrive 10 minutes early (or prepare safe access for a home visit), hydrated and in comfortable clothing. • Do not feel pressured to accept an add-on. Confirm any price change before the service starts. • Tell the provider immediately about pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, skin reaction or discomfort; you may pause or withdraw consent at any time.

Provided for you: • Confirm the booked Fitness Assessment, duration, location, participant count and selected extras. • Review client preferences, allergies, accessibility requests, consent and relevant intake information privately. • Assign a trained provider and explain the session before obtaining consent. • Bring clean linens/PPE as appropriate, sanitised tools, single-use items and all standard products. • Protect privacy, use professional draping where relevant and check comfort throughout. • Stop, document and refer/escalate if red flags, an adverse reaction or a safety concern appears. • Confirm aftercare, payment, next steps and safe disposal/sanitation after the service.
