1. Introduction

Welcome to Wellness To Call. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our directory and booking platform in Uganda. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Accounts & Verification

Users must register an account to book or provide services. Providers must undergo licensing and national ID verification before listing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Bookings & Upfront Pricing

All service prices on Wellness To Call are listed upfront. When you book a service, you agree to pay the specified amount. Payments are made through secure payment gateways on the platform.

4. Escrow & Release of Funds

To protect both customers and practitioners, booking fees are held securely in escrow. Funds are released to the provider only after the appointment is successfully completed. Fraudulent reviews or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

5. Liability

Wellness To Call acts solely as an intermediary matching directory and booking service. We are not responsible or liable for any services, incidents, or treatments performed by independent third-party wellness providers.
